I forget who it was, but one of the gopher basketball players who transferred in from a mid-major in the last few years was confirmed to not just have an agent, but multiple agents. Makes no sense to me but whatever.I don't know why that kid would have an "agent/handler".
more using the term loosely. advisor if you prefer. becoming more and more common all the time that people get in their ears early, even for kids who are nowhere near the d1 levelI don't know why that kid would have an "agent/handler".
Wait now we want Edina kids again?Schneider followed Chyzyk soooo ya probably a bad sign.
Also Zimmerman not currently in the mix at the top schools
"Zimmerman lists ASU, OSU, SCSU, Kato and QU as who he is deciding from"
My favorite of the instate d guys. Very nice.4 star Ben Geiger commits. I think he's got some very high end potential.
This is what I was trying to tell you. It is not imperative they get aggressive in Canadian recruiting, but catching a highly rated guy from now and then is fine. But you have to counter that with collecting the upper tier mn kids in a very large percentage.I'm doubtful they'll be able to compete, but I'm thinking now that the CHL floodgates opening might actually make it easier to field a team of all Minnesotans. Teams like UND, DU, and Notre Dame are going to the CHL and they're a few of the teams that steal the most Minnesotans.
This early theory is reflected in I believe 10 of the last 11 non transfer commitments being Minnesotan.
And he is from more than 10 miles away from where Bob lives.Broden McArthur (future NTDP, played in TX last 2 years), RHD commits
Edit for Bonin: 4.5 star
Minnesota gets a 4.5 star ((Boden McArthur) and it's crickets from you. UND gets a 4.5 star (Grubb) and of course you have to mention it. Once again you show your loyalty (or lack of) to the Gopher Hockey program.Pelosi best 09 in the country
All the usual suspects getting all the 5 stars
Grubb 4.5 star
Yes, it was mentioned. You just chose to ignore it because he is a Gopher recruit. It was already mentioned. Gophers still need a superstar to make it an amazing class moreso than a great but huge class.
Anyways I'm out on Motzko so it's not like I'm going to flip back magically to not want the next era to start.
After a huge week on the recruiting trail, Minnesota has the top 2027 recruiting class in the Nation, followed by Boston College who landed the No. 1 ranked ‘09 American yesterday, Rocco Pelosi.Full 2027 class rankings
Because of the volume of commitments
So is BC's ranking #2 bogus as well? As expected, if the Gophers get praise you dismiss it and only acknowledge sites that support your narrative.Because of the volume of commitments
I assume you said the same thing about Moe and are ecstatic about Kvasnicka, given he went undrafted this year and hasn’t hit the heights that were probably expected (and maybe why the DU commitment went away, though always hard to say)Younger Sawchyn to ASU. Massive pickup.
They have three commitments and are number 2. Two five stars including the best 09 in the country. Think about it.So is BC's ranking #2 bogus as well? As expected, if the Gophers get praise you dismiss it and only acknowledge sites that support your narrative.
Seems like his development maybe trailed off from his brosI assume you said the same thing about Moe and are ecstatic about Kvasnicka, given he went undrafted this year and hasn’t hit the heights that were probably expected (and maybe why the DU commitment went away, though always hard to say)
Don’t get me wrong, looks like a good player. Massive is more than an overstatement
JFC, as of now, Minnesota has the #1 recruiting class for 2027 and you still find something negative about it.Because of the volume of commitments
