Totally fair. He is about 3 wins away from being in the top 20. Take away the Illinois loss a couple years ago, the Bowling Green loss, and the blown Iowa game and he'd be way higher.
This ranking appears to be based mainly on last season's performance. I doubt those games would have affected the ranking if they were wins.

Totally disagree but to each their own.
I'm with you. They mention, "what he's built at Minnesota" and they offer his career winning percentage at MN - so I'd say they are looking at more than just 2024.

Also agree on the losses you mentioned. I might add 2019 Iowa, as if we win that we win the west and Fleck would look better, and maybe last year at Michigan. Give us that comeback too and he might be top 25.

I'd blame that more so on the ref's not giving us the deserved chance to tie or win.

I have been a Gopher fan since 1972. We have been soundly defeated by Ohio St and Michigan many times since. But in the close games that we have played vs. those two we won't get any breaks. My feeling is that if we beat them by one point we have to outplay them by about seven. Those two will almost always get the 50-50 calls, and late in a tight game they (OSU-Mich) will 95% of those calls. I've seen it more than a few times, last year was just one example. Go Gophers!

The one that made me go WHOA! was Michigan's Moore at #58.
Yes, i think he belongs somewhere on the back end but the fact they put him there surprised me.

Without seeing the rest of the list PJ seems very fairly placed. Hopefully, we have a great season and he earns a Top 25 slot.

It was a bad call, but the whiny might be even worse. We had to make a furious comeback because we played some real bad football early on.
