I definitely did not think that was even a remote possibility to be in a Wild Spot prior to Memorial Day.

Even to get there by July 4th I would have thought would have needed something impressive like a return to form by Lewis and Correa.
 

Happy 44th birthday to Justin Morneau. He hit TWO home runs on his birthday on two separate occasions—in 2007 and 2009.

The errors baffle me with this team, and the lack of communication between Buxton and Correa was not there. These guys should have known better. If nothing else, one of the other players should have hollered.

They haven't played a lot together because one (or both) of them are always hurt, but they have each played hundreds of MLB games at that position. I get it's a fast action play, but Correa has to get out of the way, assuming Buxton called it.

Wolves in the Western Conference Finals. Twins won 10 in a row. The Minnesota Sports Gods couldn't take it anymore.

It kinda looked like Buxton wasn't sure he could get tot he ball until last second but by then it was too late.
 


Haven't seen any roster moves so far, neither Buxton nor Correa made the lineup for the Brewers game tonight.

Especially when the 7 day IL spots could be used for either Correa or Buxton. Jeffers is in the DH spot tonight, so Bride is all that's on the bench (assuming those 3 guys are all unavailable.)
