Go Gophers!!
They've been ready to fire Gard a couple times in the last 4 years. And Fickell might well be fired this year. But sure #4.this is laughable. Gard is legit, not sure about top 4 in the big ten though and Fickell hasn’t done anything.
I don't disagree with your last line at all but the only thing this list is good for is seeing the names of the current football and basketball coaches at each school right now.More than anything this just reiterates the depth of coaching in the B1G conference in the football and basketball coaching ranks. Not the conference to "learn on the job".

He earned the nickname 2nd Round Greg for a reason. I would put Gard around #8 in the conference and Fickell about 17th. So they should be around 12th as a combo. He has Gard as the #3 MBB coach in the conference, ahead of a few guys who have been to Final Fours and a couple of others who are likely going to be in the Basketball Hall of Fame.
That's a little ambitious for a head coach who has never advanced beyond the Sweet 16 ever and who has not been to a single Sweet 16 since 2017 (8 seasons).
Gard is a good coach, great fit there, won a couple of Big Ten titles. He is good. But, he is not the third best coach in the 18-team Big Ten.
Your breakdown just as valid as the one posted by the OP. You could ask 100 people to do this and you would get 100 different combinations. There would be some consistent teams near the top and some near the bottom but in general it would be a big jumble of teams that could end up all over the place.....in many ways much like the typical standing in the Big Ten for football and basketball where there are a couple teams you can count on to be near the top, a few you can count on to be near the bottom and the majority who could end up in any number of spots based on how things break.Football Coaches:
