It's very difficult to know with a guy who has never thrown a Big Ten pass.
It's debating semantics, but Minnesota is in the B10, a fortiori, he has thrown a B10 pass.Lindsey appeared in 3 games. He appeared but did not throw a pass vs Nevada. He threw 4 passes against Rhode Island and his bio says 1 attempt vs Virginia Tech in the bowl, so like I said he has never thrown a Big Ten pass. And no college passes in competitive game situations.
Now if he can just maintain that completion % and rating for 4 more years we should be good.
I would also like to continue to see 20% of his passes thrown be for TDs.Now if he can just maintain that completion % and rating for 4 more years we should be good.
It is that QB rating that concerns me. I mean, just look at it. I can't take my eyes off it. Why would I want to?
These numbers are a little low as I'm seeing 17 games on the schedule next year.Since the best indicator of future performance is past performance I can only assume this year he will have these numbers if he is given 25 pass attempts a game.
300 pass attempts, 240 completions, 60 TD, 0 INTs and 3,000 yds.
I feel confident in these numbers - however, I am sure an interception is a possibility, but obviously he hasn't shown in college he can throw those.
Bring on the Natty and Heisman.
All we can do this time of year is dream and speculate. I have high hopes but realize even Brosmer had to adjust to the B1G level of play. I think Lindsay will have a great year, but there will be growing pains. I just hope he shows promise as the year goes on.
I'm only seeing 16 unless you see a Gophers loss in the BT championship on the way to a Natty. These numbers are a little low as I'm seeing 17 games on the schedule next year.
Good catch, we'll have an auto bye in first round.I'm only seeing 16 unless you see a Gophers loss in the BT championship on the way to a Natty.
I'm very impressed by his 10 yards per attempt but concerned about his 16.7 yards per gameIt is that QB rating that concerns me. I mean, just look at it. I can't take my eyes off it. Why would I want to?
Hasn’t played. Need a better question man
