For some perspective and appreciation.
Taylor has 1785 yards through 2 seasons, if you double that to 3,570, he would pass M. Barber for 6th all time. Double his 15 rushing TD's to 30 and he would pass Rodney Smith for 7th.

The gophers haven't thrown to their RB's much in the past, so his 350 yards receiving is a huge number along with another 2 TD's. If he gets another 700 yards receiving he'd be the leading receiving rb. Right now I think Darkins had 709 for his career.

It’s pretty much common knowledge that NBA Superstars get preferential treatment from the refs. Other than that, how is it like pro wrestling? Is it as bad as the NBA telling a team’s players before the game that they will lose it?

From my perspective as a Gopher fan college sports officiating is the same as pro. How many times have we gotten railed playing against blue bloods/helmet schools? Still pissed about the PSU game when Paterno whined for a PI flag on 4th down and they threw it 18 seconds after the play was over.
