They got Vitamin Water Money- the founder sold it to Coke for multiple billions; he’s a big Swinging D in the horse racing world as well - he travels with a 30+ person entourage to watch his horses running the Derby.

thats not true.....roster limit is 15.....all 15 are eligible for schollies but they dont have to get one. and now schools are able to offer partial scholarships as well.

the walk on era is basically over.....but technically schools can still take walk ons....just cant go over the 15 players

Per article on CBS, the House agreement may get held up the judge because of the roster limits that will obliterate thousands of opportunities. Requesting that they figure out a way to grandfather in the the roster limits to not harm any current athletes.

from what I've read the grandfather issue is related to other sports like cross country, not basketball. didn't seem like anyone had an issue continuing the roster limit of 15 for basketball. but, the issue seems to be delaying a rev share decision for at least a few more weeks

I think IU got more good players transferring in than what they lost transferring out although they lost two very good ones in Mgbako and Reneau to the portal and lost Ballo to eligibility.
