GG recorded her 9th straight game in double figures today, along with her 6th game of the season of scoring 20 or more points. in the WBIT in 4 games, she is avg 22ppg.

Mal recorded her 6th double double of the season and her 17th of her career.

fun to see us getting the ball to Mal when she is cutting and slashing to the basket.. she does it plenty but sometimes I feel like they forget to look for her..
 

Really nice team effort. GG so steady. Heyer great on the boards and some unexpected offense. Really moved well without the ball on offense. Tori still a work in progress on offense but really shut down McGill in the second half. I know this isn't the big dance, but great experience for the Gophers nonetheless.

I thought it was possibly the best I’ve witnessed them play this year. Great team win.
 


I would have to go back and replay the first half because I can’t specifically remember McKinney being solely responsible for McGill? But in the second half it’s obvious Coach P made that her sole function for the entire half. It was an amazing effort. I am surprised she didn’t follow McGill into their locker room after the game?
 

Mallory was so fun to watch yesterday! The whole team played very well, and Grace was hot shooting, but Mallory was her usual self, doing all of the things that need to be done, being in the right place at the right time, moving without the ball, and getting rebounds out of nowhere. What an outstanding performance!
