Gopher fan in colorado wondering when they may decide the time for this game? Traveling home for Thanksgiving and trying to make plans.

thanks

I have a nervous feeling that they will make this the night game if Iowa is playing for something legit.

Mich v. OSU is already scheduled as noon eastern.

Indiana v. Purdue = no one cares, playing for nothing

MSU v. PSU = Land Grant Trophy, and PSU seems to get lots of night games, please let them have this one

Northwestern v. Wisconsin = Possibly night game material, moreso than a 1-10 MN team getting throttled by the Hawks

Even after breaking it down my nervous feeling remains. Getting punished by the cold weather and the Hogeyes at night with a regional/national audience sounds like a terrible way to end a long and painful season.

No November night games per B10 rules.

99.99% it will be an 11:00am kickoff.

It is not a RULE per se, just a policy. My understanding is a team could do it if they wanted too, but there are a ton of extra costs associated with it, in addition to "security" concerns because it gets dark so early.

The policy is no OUTDOOR night games in November in the Big Ten.

Yes, 55-0 was a night game.

Rittenberg addresses the issue here.

I could be wrong but the rule is no November outdoor night games. Not sure when the rule was put in place but it's stupid.

Ah...I forgot that newer link. :)

Not True.

The gametime is still TBA. Should be announced Monday.

I read Rittenberg somewhere say that the final games won't be announced until the 21st. All games will be at 11:00am except for the team with the most to play for will be at 2:30pm. We'll have to see how the next two weeks play out.

Yea, Rittenberg said it should be announced no later than 11/21, but they generally try to have the times set up just under 2 weeks in advance.

In the past they've put most (or all) of the other games on at 2:30 when the Michigan-OSU game is on at 11 (the Wisconsin game in 2007 comes to mind).
