Instead of just trying to bring in a QB transfer that has to learn a new offensive coordinator, maybe Fleck should look at finding an offensive minded coordinator that has had success and enjoy a move up to the Gopher's and would be able to bring his QB with him.
Doing little research Darin Hinshaw of UCF seems to be an interesting candidate.

Liberty Flames who plays Jerry Kill's New Mexico State(10-3) team again tonight has interesting QB Kaidon Salter who seems to be progressing yearly and has 2 years left, dual threat. Their offensive coordinate has a decent resume
