***OFFICIAL MINNESOTA AT IOWA JUST FIND A WAY TO WIN THIS GAME THREAD!!!***

Why would we return the ball now.....when we're clearly not going to try and get points.

The common excuse for PJ's terrible recruiting is that he "coaches up"

Well, here's the result of his "coaching up" after a bye week. An Iowa drive consisting completely of avoidable penalties.

PJ isn't a good recruiter and he's not a good coach. Time to move on.

That should be a 15 yarder, but they won't call it. His helmet "slid up". No flag.

Forget trying to run to the wedge. Just bring the ball upfield.

Folks, this first half isn’t on the officials. Stop complaining about them. That flag on Nubin was the correct call. The play had been over for 5 seconds. What he did was fucking stupid and should have been a flag. As for the PI, if that had been in the reverse and wasn’t called, all of us would have been screaming bloody fucking murder.

This first half is on the staff and the players who had TWO FUCKING weeks to prepare and THIS is what they came up with.

The play was well over and everyone was walking around. There was no reason for Nubin to touch the ball what so ever, especially with a refs standing right there. It was a duck move and was rightfully flagged for a penalty.

Regardless of whether something like that gets called often.....there's absolutely no reason for it whatsoever. None. It's beyond confusing why Nubin thought that was a good idea.
he was reaching the ball across the line after the play was over. how was that not equivalent UC to someone tapping it out of his hands as he is doing so? Brutal reffing and RUTM-only offense beats the Gophers again.

I don't think that's the crown of his helmet. I'd leave it.

YEah the officials dont know who our coach is we are not going to run anything.

If we are going to be an 80% run team, we should really mobile QBs who have trouble throwing the ball.
