Hands to the face in 1st quarter


Of course. Luckily it didn't matter. I would assume the U will send it in to the Big Ten to get their apology. Its unacceptable, but it happens.
 



I believe both the WR and the CB were #0. Likely added to the confusion, but how did the ref who called it not speak up??

I think Brockington did legitimately have a hands to the face at the end of the play (8 sec mark of second video). Much less egregious than the first though.

The flags were already thrown before the 8 sec mark.

I think it was the same two players involved later on with another hands to Brockington’s face and no call. It was another very obvious one too.
