Taison Chatman to announce decision Tues. Sept. 20

Ohio State I assume the local media will be there for another story no one really cares about. Seems to be unique to this area unless you’re a Lebron James type talent.

Damn. If he's not coming to the Gophers....at least get out of the conference....

Come on guys...it's not over until it's over. I'm sayin' there is still a chance.

LOL Having said that...if Chatman goes to Ohio State and Winter picks Wisconsin that's a bad week.

Columbus is a crappy town. Have fun!
Yes, but he will get paid more to go there.

Also, what if Ben Johnson and the gophers had moved on from him a long time ago and haven't been interested in a long time. Something along the lines of being a bad fit.

ahhhh...the classic "Gophers cooled on him" bit. Haven't seen it for a while.

When you drive through Columbus it's like walking through the woods and finding a hundred deer ticks in your body. You just know this isn't going to end well...

It's better than puckering up, bending down, and smooching his backside.

Yes, we've moved on. If you want to watch his grand announcement, or if you want to go onto his social media...that's up to you.

I’m saying the coaching staff didn’t move on by choice. If he made it clear to them he wasn’t coming here than that’s ok. But don’t act as if they chose to not have him. That’s my point.

Ok, we haven't been recruiting him in a hell of a long time.

You see, when he makes top money the priority, we walked away.

If I need to dumb it down more, let me know.
Lol. Sounds good! I’m glad you have all this inside info. Unless I missed him saying money was a top priority.

Got to love all the assumptions.

How Nout hanging out with Lebron James’ kid is cool. Feels surreal. Going to the horseshoe would wow anybody. Just like going to dinkeytown is going fun for Evans.

I doubt we’re even completely out it. Just not very great chance because Novel fun, and larger NIL is difficult to in tandem to best.

But damn, he’s gotta know that basketball wise, Evans, Chatman, and Christie (and if I’n greedy Winter) would make a hell of a class. I’d take that class vs almost anyone’s. The distribution of skills sets is fantastic.

I know we have no inkling or good feel about him choosing us. It’s a little surprising since we have a starting PG position available. Until he announces anything can change. If Lebron wants his son to have playing time and a good team around his son he certainly has the resources available to make that happen.

And I'm sure Ohio State didn't move on from Dennis Evans by choice. He has no interest in them.

Speaking of money, if you want to pony up a little money, you can get some inside gopher info.
