KFAN noon to 2-

I like the games, password and initials. I like Rosen but I hate when they talk Twins, baseball sucks.

FWIW - got up Sunday. Turned on "Sunday Sermons." discovered it was a 'best-of' show due to the holiday weekend. started listening to an interview Barreiro had done with Lou Nanne.

and then the board operator fooked up and played the same segment of the interview twice in a row. nothing like that part-time help on a holiday weekend.

i
Mentioned they weee grooming Leber well he is now the Twin cities live guy. Every conversation appears staged and insincere but ok.

Over lunch I saw Danny B walking in the Mpls skyway by the IDS.

I felt like somebody on this board should be made aware.

25 years ago I saw Sid Hartman walk out of the PBS Studios in downtown St Paul. I yelled "SIIIIIIIIIIIID". He waved back "HELLLLLOOOOOO".

If I saw Barreiro I wouldn't say anything.

It was sort of crowded though. If I wasn't in a rush and it did not look like he was in a rush, I might have at least waved or said hello.

Pre-pandemic, I would see Lou Nanne every once in a while, same with Roy Smalley. Both cordial. Saw Reusse last spring at Leeann Chin. Asked him how the book was going, and he bemoaned about supply chain issues.

I lost track of the gold in their thread. Wobble is on the fan right now - oblige Chicago chat with Danny b.

I’ve had dozens of run ins with Sid as I used to work for the Twins and later at Oak Ridge Country Club where he was a member. One of the biggest jerks of all time. An absolute prick.

My cousins lived next to Sid on the river.

Sid had a habit of just walking into their house. Drove my cousin Eileen crazy.

If he felt you couldn’t help him get something you were useless.

Spaulding - just heard something and I thought of you for some reason.

So Tom Bernard is doing a new podcast. and....every weekday, there will be a Sports Update segment featuring........Phil Mackey and Judd Zulgad. Apparently they will alternate days.

as a connoisseur of Twin Cities radio, I have to assume that this will be a can't-miss opportunity for you.
