Like many posters ive been critical of Fleck at times, but part of it is he has raised the bar here (finally).

PJ Fleck has had difficult conversations. He is building good depth at multiple positions through the portal. I feel bad some of the long-time Gopher players have to transfer out to get playing time. I hope that they have a degree in hand or are close to it when they transfer out. They will always be Gophers.

The Gophers have raised the bar and are getting closer to that elusive title.
