The expectation is that all programs within Power Five programs will have at least one collective by the end of the year, and people are putting one together for Minnesota. One working group, in particular, called Gophers NIL on the Discord messaging app has more than 185 members as of this week. As they join in, members are introducing themselves, the skill sets and connections they can offer the group and are asking questions on what might be possible for the Gophers. There appears to be dialog with U officials, according to messages.
