Kiddo came across this piece of Gophers history as a Christmas gift this year.

It's the Homecoming Pin for 1930 that has been mounted onto a simple plaque.



Really like it and clearly this is a 13-lined ground squirrel as our mascot.

Now to find a spot for it....

Very nice. That is a Gopher replica that i have not seen. Goldy looks surly and sly with long arms best suited for throwing pesky Badgers out of the way.
