Can Someone Explain This?



I don't think there's anything to explain? How many people in Austria would know the difference? They didn't want to pay for the license to the actual logos.

Like shirts here that have random Asian characters in meaningless ways printed on them.

Only wild guess is that U.S. college gear over there has somewhat of a demand but has met copyright/licensing headwinds, and some entrepreneurs have "improvised".

Obviously, we need better lawyers. No way the U of M should allow H&M to sell these.
Especially, in our backyard in Woodbury.
