Wow, now the front page article on CNN.com. Very balanced article, however: CNN.com
 

Very fair article. unlike the bs ESPN article which literally just copied and pasted the EOAA report as the story
 

Not exactly the way I wanted Gopher football to become relevant nationally...

But, regardless of a crime or not, this alone justifies pulling the scholarship and removal from the team based on the damage caused to the brand.

when you saying "justifies pulling the scholarship" are you referring to the 10 players involved or the entire team boycotting

The 10 players - actually, I would pull the scholies of about 7-8 of them only. For the rest of the team, they could have pulled a 'concussion' fest (like a blue flu) the day of the game to really make a point if they wanted to so none of them would have been forced to play or risk losing their scholarships. I think they were actually pretty upfront in stating their boycott openly and early.
 




Said in another thread that we are finally getting the National attention many around here have been craving for years. Gotta say....it kind of sucks.
