...because I'm not a football expert.
We're floundering in the second half, can't protect the QB, sideline reporter suggests Leidner's left shoulder may be hurt. Ignoramus that I am, I'm sitting on my couch at home, thinking "what can we do to compensate for an inability to protect our quarterback?" I'm thinking screen passes, quick sideline passes, get creative with the running game.
But instead we keep Leidner dropping back and chucking the ball downfield, over and over.
Am I wrong to think that this loss is largely the result of offensive playcalling?
