To add insult to injury, their damn app is the glitchiest app I own, and that's saying something cuz I have the Comcast apps. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't, sometimes it sort of works. I'll name names. I went to the Rice street location to redeem the burritos on the rare occasion that the Gophers led at halftime the previous night. When it scanned, it only credited one burrito. The counter gal insisted it was only good for one burrito, even though the app clearly showed it was for two. Few employees seem to be hip to the app, much less how to deal with its many glitches. McDonalds is not well, and it's not getting better.

Nothing irks me more than places who advertise these great offers, and when you go in to redeem it, they don't know what the hell you're talking about. That happened to me at Caribou Coffee recently.

OK, I feel better now.

In case anyone is wondering, the Gophers have led at halftime in 5 of their 12 games this year: UM-KC, LA-Monroe, Missouri State, Ok State and Chicago State. They have trailed at halftime in 6 of the last 8 games.

Bring on the B1G.

So, McDonald's has only had to give away three times so far this season. The promo poster says for home games only. That'd be UMKC, UL-Monroe, Chicago State.

I guess we don't have to worry about long lines at McDonald's any time soon. There is that......

Maybe they should change it to "if the Gophers have a lead at any point in the game".
