PSU plays in Beaver Stadium which is in University Park, PA but is also called Happy Vally and State College. Which is it?

Think of it this way.

Happy Valley = Twin Cities
State College = Minneapolis
University Park = U of M campus

The sizes, populations, etc. are vastly different, but that's an analogous breakdown of the municipal divisions. Does that make sense?
