We're actually 200 days away from the beginning of the 2015 college football season, which is less than seven months! Yes, that's still a very long way off, but that doesn't mean online sportsbooks aren't already putting out odds for the 2015 conference champions.

5Dimes has listed the conference championship odds for each team in the Power 5 conferences:

BIG TEN

Ohio State, -150

Michigan State, +300

Wisconsin, +800

Nebraska, +1100

Minnesota, +1200

Michigan, +1300

Penn State, +1700

Iowa, +2200

Rutgers, +2500

Maryland, +3000

Northwestern, +5500

Illinois, +6000

Indiana, +6000

Purdue, +8000

Go Gophers!!

I think it's obvious we've surpassed Nebby... and they lost more key players (and coach), yet they always pick them ahead of us. Ah well, bulletin board material.

Two things:

1) isn't it beautiful to be quibbling over being ranked 4th or 5th in the BT after what we endured just a few years ago?

2) if I could get these odds in Vegas right now, I'd throw down on MN for sure.

IMO it's s a bit ridiculous that we're ahead of Michigan. Brady Hokes' recruits with Harbaughs coaching.

IMHO the best value bets with those odds are Minnesota and Penn State.

Ohio State or the Field?

MN or Wisconsin would be my only choices to beat them in Indy.

Agree and as the odds reflect the biggest threat to OSU overall is in their own division in the form of Michigan State. Given what they have coming back I will be very surprised if anyone other then OSU is sitting atop the Big Ten when it is all said and done next season.
