Penn State jumps up to #5 in this weeks poll after a convincing win against Big Ten co-leader Wisconsin. The Lions are joined by fellow Big Ten teams Ohio State (#9), Michigan (#19), and Wisconsin (#23). The Gophers were the first team out this week and could jump back into the poll next week with a win against Michigan State.
