I should let you know, my daughter is Hannah, one of the “big 3”… my husband and I are also lifelong gopher fans, but grew to love the Coyotes. We hope that it can return to a stronger position, to develop a deeper Summit League but we are very glad to have Coach P here in Minnesota. What she did for our daughter has completely changed her life for the better, because of all the off the court initiatives.

Awesome!! I am a SDSU grad in pharmacy from Dallas SD. I love womens basketball as 45 years living in Minnesota and following the SDSU program. Coach P is a good coach.

Watched the boys throw a win away again with bad FT shooting. You just can't go 12-27 in the Big 10 at home. Time to make some real changes in the coaching staff.

You got it! I still play now with Scott Skaja (formerly of Skipdilly) in a 50's and 60's cover band, so the old connections are still there. There were enough clues that I figured I knew who you were.

I am from Princeton Minnesota, where I own a blacktop company. I’ve been a huge gopher basketball fan ever since I sat in the couch with my dad and watched Jim Peterson as a senior. I never miss a home game, and it has been a struggle for me for the past 23 years dealing with this nonsense. It was very nice to meet you.

Makes me sad, She was a player we got to know and understand how much she developed under Shimmy and thought she could have been a foundation for the next couple years. Loved celebrating her success. Credit to both of them. Wish them both the best and if she and Shimmy connect again, will be interested to follow. Agree that she was a likely transfer...
