The most interesting quote for me was: "We're still going to evaluate [at the end of the season], but I think it's really unfair to start jumping at the end of the fifth year on a guy."
Illinois seems to think a guy should get at least 5+ years. Brewster needs more time as well. Talent level is up in the program, and we only just moved to our new stadium. Brewster will get at least 2 more years.
