I don't know if he is working with the NIL/paying players and Portal side of things.
Sounds like his past roles were in equipment management, facilities, logistics like meals and travel and lodging, and managing other support staff.
Says he was a "liaison between the football program, athletic administration, donors and boosters" at Hawaii, which sounds like a fancy resume description of a bag man. So he might be our money guy too.
