Allegations at this point from a shady character.
 

The article says the agent involved is Bill Duffy. He's a former Gopher!
 

USC seems to like getting involved in shady deals, both in basketball and football. ESPN also did do somewhat of an expose on Rodney Guillory a while back, detailing his relationship with Mayo while providing information that seemed to indicate everything going on with Guillory and Mayo along with his recruitment to USC was anything but kosher.

Seems that implication is now gaining some steam. In any case, it will be interesting to see if the NCAA again balks at another round of apparent USC improprieties on the recruiting trail.
