The surprise player for the gophers next year will be==============KENDALL GREGORY MCGHEE

You say this because?

I'm not calling you out, just asking for a little more information. Why do you think Kendall Greggory Mcgehee sp? will be a surprise player for the Gophers next year? I was impressed with him the one practice I witnessed. Kid seems to have a little "juice" has some kind of reach for a young guy and seems to get separation for himself off the line but he is still kind of a skinny undersized dude. How does he look now?

You can trust what Doc says

After all he is a doctor.

Strongly agree he will make a big jump next year, but Cooper will be the bmoc. Hopefully there will not be a big dropoff in dline production and our linebackers can continue to rack up the tackles.

I am absolutely thrilled to see where the defense will bring us next year. So much athleticism, so much talent, and a consecutive year with one coordinator! Jackpot.

The exciting thing for the coming season is it could be a number of new guys who will surprise. Watkins, Garin, Olson, Motta, Gray, etc. But one thing is for certain. We need a lot of surprises in order for the Gophers to make some noise as the talent on the field must get better. Much better.

Suprise player will be Weber. He'll be one tough SOB out there and throw for 4000 yards.

Brewster mentioned Hageman will be the biggest surprise.

I should have said

A surprise. Not the surprise. I wouldnt call it a big surprise if Hagemann turns out fine.

I expect Weber to have a solid year, but it shouldn't be as big a surprise as some others
will be.

Gold04, is he being coached by Hohensee this winter???? Sorry couldn't resist!

Is Hageman likely to start next year? I can't wait to see what he can do. Looks like your prototypical impact DE.

If Hohensee was the Offensive coordinator, Weber would throw for 4000 yards this year.
