So how does Nebraska recruit and retain the talent needed to be a consistent winner? Local talent? I doubt it. Appealing setting? Think so? Good weather? Not exactly. Tradition of winning? Sure, but that's a circular argument. How did they build that winning tradition? And keep it? We had that once, too. No, there's something they have that we don't that attracts good football players. Or something we have that they don't.
