I wouldn't count on it, considering one provision in the oxymoronic "Big Beautiful Bill" is to ban all states from regulating AI in any way for at least 10 years.

That Tik Tok look's like it was made by a NDSU fan that really like's to celebrate winning JV championships, with a division of like 25 teams total, beating the greatest of the great JV teams. This is only half joking. NDSU has a good program, not sure why their fans feel the need to bag on the Gophers.
