Effort is something you can give all the time, no matter what else you have to contribute to your team in any given game.

Yeah, if you're getting insulted by your coach in pressers for every deficiency that probably would get old.

One of the announcers of last night's game, former UCLA great Don MacClean, said it a couple of times: "The Big Ten coaches say they're well coached, they play hard, and they don't give up."

Of course the Big10 coaches say that Ben Johnson is a good coach. They want him to stay. Think about it and ask yourself why they want Ben to stick around.
