Risk/Reward hire. Great recruiter, good pedigree but unproven as a coach above the AAU level.

FWIW's if he is hired it is to keep the recruiting class intact. Paster is the lead man on Wall (doubt that makes a difference though. It's Duke or Kentucky) but it may be enough to keep Nolan Dennis and Henry at least and Cousins who would have a much easier time getting into Memphis than he would UK.
