I'm thinking of Nebraska's ambush last year in Indianapolis. Domes provide a fast track for skill players. The outdoors cold seems to be working for us in TCF in late season games.

Actually, I think just the opposite. I felt the cold hurt us in the passing game, which we needed to offset their overall advantages up front. I also think the cold negated our speed a bit.

I don't know where to post this, but a BADger fan was kinda pompous in the pregame thread about how they are 2nd in the country in big plays of 50 yards or more. We gave up the 49-yarder on their first play, and nothing over 30 the rest of the way. This, among many things we did well on Saturday. I still say 2 plays...

I think the cold helped slow down the Badgers, in the Dome I think they score 1-2 more TD's on the faster track and without having to deal with the cold. Of course in the Dome the Gophers probably hold onto the ball better too which was a game changer.

we don't play at the dome... we play at tcf... so I don't care.....
