From todays strib online.

Oct. 3 Gophers vs. wisconsin
Big Ten rivals meet in football for the first time at new TCF Bank Stadium.

We found a pair of tickets in the end zone on eBay for $199, but there are several days left on the bid and we suspect it will climb. Another set of four, for instance, was offered for $770.

Stubhub.com had a variety of choices -- some single tickets, others in sets of two, three or four. The average price on that site seemed to be about $200 per ticket. We'll stick with that mark in our tally.

There may be 8,000 Badger fans there, but it will cost them far more than they are used to in Minnesota.

On Ticket King there are a lot of tickets available. There are also a lot of seats in groups of 14-20.

Too bad the brokers bought all those seats and not fans of the Gophers.

The price for the game will come down, just as it always does as game day approaches. The tickets may be gone, but there still needs to be people that want to go to the games for there to be real demand.

This happens everywhere. Check stubhub for Ohio State, Texas, Michigan home games.

what......like ticket brokers don't own blocks of seats in camp randall as well?! they do. just because some brokers bought in at the new football stadium doesn't mean that the majority of them won't be scooped up by gophers fans. there are plenty of gophers fans looking to go to the games if that is what you are questioning.
