Wisconsin Returns more than 600 tickets for next Saturday

Apparently Wisconsin didn't sell out their allotment of tickets for next Saturday, so there are now more than 600 new tickets available as of just a few minutes ago, per Twitter. Buy them up!!!

Explain please. As they get 3,000 and 600 are being returned. why would people be selling which tickets? Where did the sellers get the tickets they are selling?

Their ticket office sells those 3k tickets. They are in a undesirable area and they have many fans who have season tickets here and get tickets from corporate seats and the online ticket vendors. Friends, family, our tickets holders that cannot be outside in the cold......of the 3k they get, most of those people live in Wisconsin. They pay as would you, premium to see there team if they live here.

Correct. One thing is, are they bringing their band? Scalpers and ticket vendors have the lions share of those seats too.

I doubt those are guest tickets. I don't wanna get regular tickets, since my wife is a student. We would wanna be in the student section to save $$$. But we need that guest ticket, since I'm no longer a student.

These returned tickets went FAST. literally just bought the last pair they had left. There were rows of them in 202 and 203 around 7pm tonight

The visitors seats are not very desirable. I suspect WI fans bought their tickets somewhere else.
The game has a lot more meaning this year for both teams with the West championship and the Axe to the winner.

So why would someone buy a ticket and then sell it to me for less than I can buy a ticket from the same official source? And we know I can because the official source is returning 600 tickets.
