If classes get out before Christmas and dont start again until Janaury 21 do they keep the players here for weights or do they go home?

Its optional, and from the french that means you had better be in the weight room. You had better be running. And you better be on target for the spring. Of course, I said its optional.

Most go home for break. They can still hit the gym there.
