Winning Attitude

Hello Gopher fans,

Winning is an attitude that carries over from roster to roster. Until we have some kids in our program that have such an attitude, we will have these losses even against very small colleges like Portland. What Wisconsin has is such an attitude. Our players might be as talented as their players but don’t play with winning mentality. They just play not to lose.

FOT mentioned the record that Tubby’s team had a few years ago. They were not as talented as teams like Duke or Ucon,…. However, they just wanted to win. I never forget the game against Florida when they were number one in the nation. Tubby’s team made them look like a division II team.

I am not living in the past. I am very hopeful about the future of Gophers. I think addition Trevor to this team will change many things. White might create some distractions but Trevor is the only player in the Gopher’s roster that has a winning attitude.

Until then, just lets patient. We’ll get there eventually.
