I may be among a decreasing minority, but I still love Williams Arena. Sure, some not so great views, but overall such a great old building. I really hope we find a way to maintain it for the next 25-30 years.

Confirmed first day for seat selection process

According to GopherPoints office, May 10th is the first day of the seat selection process for men's buckets. That's when we can start going online to see which seats are getting gobbled up.

I'd guess they want a brand spanking new practice facility with all the bells and whistles, much moreso than a brand spanking new arena. Duke plays in an old, small, bandbox craphole of an arena, but they seem to manage OK.

A new arena will come soon enough. Let's get the practice facility taken care of first and then go from there.

Something in Section 101 right behind the basket, preferably in the first 15 rows, and on the aisle. Good seats not requiring a donation, however, they won't be around very long.
