Will the Heat on Saul Cause Mbakwe to be Suspended?

Just as the news over Mbakwe's probation was beginning to be burried, we get the Saul Smith DUI. Ouch! Talk about terrible timing!

I have a sinking feeling that its now going to be hard for Mbakwe to skate cleanly into the season without being suspended. Maybe he should be. I'm actually surprised he hasn't been yet.
