I suppose not but does anyone know his history? Has he commented on it? I find it interesting watching practice to see the personality and intensity of the head coach and the assistants and to see how organized it seems.

It is rare to see any practices by any team "open to the public". I highly doubt it would happen. Practices are open to media (at times) and friends of the staff. Don't see any reason why this would change.

Is there some reason I don't understand that would motivate Kill to give up his playbook to opponents?

Practice would be a disaster with a bunch of rubes watching.

It's division one college football, I highly doubt that anyone other than those authorized will be able to sit in on a practice. Does your mother-in-law let you sit and watch her measure out her cooking ingredients prior to her baking the secret family recipe? Not gonna happen folks!

The question isn't will practices be open to the public (they won't be). Instead, it's will they be open to the media? Truly open, not the "watch 15 minutes of stretching" thing that most coaches do.

God, I hope not. Of all the places in college football, this is the place where the media hates the program so much that they would "give away the farm". As much as I want to be "in the know," I don't want our opponents to know anything...

If I remember correctly,Brewster opened up the workouts for the first week when he had one of his first teams open camp at St. Johns. Am I remembering that correctly?

There should be a few special days that we will be allowed to see practice. The open house will be one of them.
