"Wild Gopher"?

Sorry if something to this affect has already been brought up. In todays big ten mailblog on espn.com, rittenburg was asked about the possibilities of the gophers lining up this year in the "wild gopher" formation. Doesn't this suit stoudemire almost perfectly?

Yes it is perfect for him and Brewster has all but said they will use Stoudemire in some form of the Wildcat. I'm sure they will also use gray out of the Wildcat as well.

Don't forget about the possibilities of Pittman in the Wildcat too. We have a lot of weapons out of that formation.

i posted this at TOS, but imagine having weber, gray, pittman and stoudermire on the field at the same time.

all of them have QB experience and all of them can run. split gray out wide with decker and line up stooudermire and weber in the backfield. defenses would be pooping themselves.
