Why was MacKinley Boston let go as Athletic Director?

For the life of me, I cannot remember WHY Mac Boston was let go as AD. I'm sure it was a BS reason, which is why I can't remember.
 

Probably had something to do with Clem. A lot of people got iced when that leaked out.
 

He was actually an assoc. VP a notch above Dienhart when the Clem thing broke. He left (or was removed, can't remember exactly how it went down) shortly after Clem and Dienhart were fired.
 

So Chris Voelz had nothing to do with it?
 

He was on the crew when the ship hit the iceberg. It matters not if he was in charge of watching for icebergs.
 



That's a good question. I could ask a couple people who worked close to the situation.

That would be good. She did more harm to all of the U's athletics than Brewster, Maturi and Sid combined.

She did a lot of damage.

Regardless of what you think of Maturi, it was yeoman's work to come in and merge the two departments and clean up her crap.

Pretty much this, except that Boston supposedly knew Clem was cheating and brushed off the reports.
