Why is ESPN blacked out on DirecTV righ now?

It's on 210, one of the ESPN alternate. Not in HD though :mad: I'm not sure why they do it this way, but whatever. You can still see it at least.
 

Good question - I'm in Ohio and they've got the bucks on espn and abc, even tho espn.com's coverage map said tech-miami would be on espn.

it is like that on comcast as well. there was another game last week when the same thing happended. can't recall the exact match-ups. anyways, i think the miami/vt game is some kind of "midwest regional blackout" deal on espn......essentially forcing people in the midwest to watch the ohio state/illinois game on abc
