Why, why, why?

Now we have Lamonte (who I guess is at LB now), Kirkwood, and Cobb all in the same graduating class! This makes no sense! It's not like Cobb is going to be the difference between going to a bowl game or not going to a bowl game anyway. In fact, since we have no prayer at a bowl game anyway, why don't we just keep his redshirt on?

Also, I am one of those who is not freaking out about the loss to NDSU. I have total faith in Kill. He will turn the program around eventually.

I don't remember when Cobb got his carry(carries?) but Kill said in his post game presser that Kirkwood tweaked his hamstring in the 4th quarter. Plus, Lamonte
Edwards is now a "defensive player" so maybe they didn't want to give him the ball.

Kill hinted earlier in the week that Cobb might get some carries against NDSU.

I remember him getting the ball, I just can't remember if it was in the 4th quarter. As in, Kirkwood was hurt and Bennett was gassed, so Cobb was the only option.

He might have been the best player at the scrimmage I attended. If the redshirt is gone, I hope gets the ball at least 10x's a game.

He had a poor run in the 4th qtr there was no hole for him to run through up the middle. Wright was also back there at least once.
Did Kirkwood not have hammy issues earlier in the year as well.....it will be a bummer if he cannot shake these hammy issues, as he is our best smash mouth runner.
