As of today, both of these teams are solidly in the NCAA Tournament field, nowhere near the bubble. Taking a snapshot of their resumes finds they are eerily similar. Can you name the two teams? No cheating or Google help, please.

MSU has 9 losses now, not 5.. pretty sure the gophers are team B

Team A is not Sparty, Penn State or Cincinnati. I'll give you guys until 9 a.m. If you don't have it by then, I'll let you know who Team A is.

i'm guessing team A is a big east team to have an under .500 record and still have that rpi

Ding ding! Missouri is correct.

Mizzou is one team I'm going to measure the Gophers against the rest of the season, especially if either or both creep their way backward toward the bubble. They are parallel in so many ways, especially with regards to being stellar at home but p*ss poor in true road games. Thank the Lord for the Gophers' two high-quality neutral-court wins. ... North Carolina and West Virginia are holding up our road/neutral record.

It's to easy when you give the team's RPI!

Yes, the next time I do an exercise similar to this I'll leave out the RPI.
