Who are the 3 who are visiting this weekend?

DE Ronald Powell
and
DT Shariff Floyd

Seantrell Henderson will be giving them a tour while he is on yet another unofficial visit.

If that is the case I'm a little torn. It's great to have a couple of 5 stars come in for a visit. But my only concern is that both are Florida commits and may attempt to pursuade SH even more to go to Florida. But given the teeter totering of Urban Meyer this could be used to our advantage. So many possibilities...

Such as the possibility that this is a sick joke!!!!!

Gaspar, Balthasar, and Melchior.

They're actually coming to visit SH and not the U. But first they have to drop in and visit Joe.

Of the three, I hope we get Balthasar. Lot of upside. Melchior competition was suspect, playing in the French women's league. Don't know too much about Gaspar.

according to scout the other two were Ben Perry DE and Dwight Tillman CB. Neither has a Rivals star rating but Perry has some nice schools of "interest" including USC. Adding Perry and Thomas would be a nice weekend!

I'm always skeptical about guys who don't have offers from any other schools, even non-BCS schools. I'm particularly confused why we're bringing Tillman in (other than the fact that he's teamates with Euree and Thorton). I would hope that the staff has plans for Kenny Watkins and Kerry Lewis in the next few years, and there already seems to be enough upperclassmen in the secondary.

Perry I would be fine with, as it's hard to come across defensive line talent.

Dwight Tillman shows offers from Illinois and Wisconsin in addition to Minnesota.

Rivals shows Perry as having a MN offer and a Stony Brook and Air Force offer. Not great offers but technically offers. He's also listed at 6'5 but only 230, maybe a couple years bulking up and he could play.

Anyone Know how Earnest Thomas visit went?

For the record, they updated the pages of those two after I posted that.

Looks like Perry's high school produces some nice players... may be nice to get some players from there every now and then.
