Andre will not sleep well tonight after that performance by his team and himself. He had a tremendous year and should be a very good addiition to the Gophers, but this game showed he has a lot of work to do to become a ball handling point guard. White Station loses by 4 and is done for the year.
Very unimpressive performance during the first half by White Station. They look like they haven't seen a press all year. 16 turnovers in the first half. They are very lucky to be down only 3 at the half.
Not a good game for Hollins as White Station loses by 4. Hollins had about 15 on 4-8 shooting but turned it over aboutr 6 times against a defense that was smothering and determined to take Hollins out of the game. The announcers were convinced that Hollins is a 2 guard in college......
Whatever he plays, he'll be good for the Gophers.

I don't know about that, I thought he had 6 or so, but maybe. He was White Stations only ball handler and Craigmont applied tons of defensive pressure all over the court. So it's possible but don't let that discourage you, he'll be a solid ball handler.
After watching the game, I'm not surprised by the 10 turnover statistic. I have watched Andre on the web several times this year and tonight was his worst performance by far. The other team was scrappy, but White Station had the talent to win that game by 15-20 points if they would have handled the ball. I'm sure all of the White Station players are frustrated by their performance.
The 2nd semifinal has ended(Bearden 68 Siegel 58) and they finally put up the stats for the White Station game. Hollins was credited with 10 turnovers(the Spartans had 22 as a team). Craigmont forced 25 turnovers in Thursday's 1st round. White Station also went 17-30 from the Ft line.
