Which position do you think takes the longest to master in volleyball?

This isn't a position necessarily, but I will argue that passing is the toughest skill to master. AND it can only be taught to a certain level. Great passers are born not made. (That's why it always makes me laugh when someone says "if only they could pass" or "if only so-and-so knew how to teach passing."

Digging spikes always amazes me. Those balls are really moving yet the Liberos and DS get a lot of them up.
