this entire argument about Brewster and his Twitter account is absolutely fabulous. Gophers are in the news! Good marketing and advertising is supposed to be edgy and someitmes controversial...

Does anybody remember the "Where's the Beef" ads for Wendy's??? Those ads caused all kinds of controversy, they were accused of stereotyping deaf people, there were lettters to the editor, etc....(too bad the internet didn't exist then..),,

But man o' man, they put Wendy's on the map!

I love it...just a little bit of harmless controversy and the Gophers are soaking up the attention!!!

Who cares if it really happened or who did it, if it did? I don't! Just make hay with what's getting cut!
